1. Personal Information Collected and How It Is Collected.
We collect several types of information from and about users of our Service. You may be invited to create an electronic profile in order to use the Service by which you may provide to us personally identifying information including, your name, e-mail address, home address, and Social Security number. We may also collect other information, including, without limitation, job title, rate of pay, production company name, address, phone number and any other information that you or the production company that you work for chooses to provide to us (collectively “Submitted Information”). If you choose not to provide certain requested information, you may not be able to use the Service. We do not require this information to gain access to our websites, however, you may not be able to use the Service or utilize certain products or features that require registration or receive materials such as newsletters unless such information is provided.
We automatically recognize and store computer-readable information such as the type of Web browser you use, your operating system, your Internet Service Provider, your IP address, the pages you view and the time and duration of your visits to the Site, (collectively “Usage Data”). This information is automatically provided by your computer.
2. Use of Information.
Personal Information: We collect your Personal Information for purposes of: (a) providing our services; (b) maintaining or updating your account; (c) conducting statistical analysis and improving the Service; (d) providing customer service; (e) notifying you of updates or changes to the Service; and (f) obtaining your feedback and input about the Service. In addition, if you receive other communications from us, we use your Personal Information for that purpose.
Usage Data: We collect Usage Data to help us understand how our users use the Service. For example, each time you use the Service, we may automatically collect Usage Data to learn the type of Web browser you use, your operating system, your Internet Service Provider, the pages you view, and the time and duration of your visits to the Site. This Usage Data helps us understand how people use the Site and Service, and to enhance the services we offer.
3. How We Share Your Information with Third Parties.
If you are a crewmember, talent, and/or personnel, you authorize us to share your personal information with the producers and certain crewmembers designated by the productions you work on and the production companies that you work for. You also authorize us to share your personal information with unions, guilds, payroll companies, and/or third parties designated by the production company that you work for as an authorized third-party recipient.
We may sometimes use other businesses (“Service Provider(s)”) to perform certain services for us; e.g., such as payment processing, hosting and maintenance, data storage and management services, production and fulfillment, security and marketing and promotions. We provide our Service Providers with the information reasonably necessary for them to perform these services on our behalf. Each Service Provider must agree to implement and maintain reasonable security procedures and practices appropriate to the nature of the information involved in order to protect your information from unauthorized access, destruction, use, modification or disclosure and not to further collect, sell, or use the information they receive except as necessary to perform services on our behalf.
We may disclose aggregated, anonymized information in order to: (a) describe the use of the Service or otherwise provide information that may be of interest to our existing or potential business partners, customers, or other third parties; (b) comply with laws, regulations, court orders or subpoenas or in response to a government request; or (c) protect or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims. However, this aggregate data will not involve the disclosure of your Personal Information nor personally identify you or any other users of the Service.

The security of your information is important to us. - We encrypt sensitive information in order to prevent unauthorized parties from viewing such information when it is transmitted to us.
- We limit access to information to specific employees, contractors and agents who have a reasonable need to come into contact with your information.
No data transmission over the Internet or any wireless network can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while we strive to protect information, we cannot and do not guarantee or warrant the security of any information you transmit to or from the Service.
7. Children’s Privacy Statement.
We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13 without verifiable parental consent. If we become aware that we have inadvertently received personally identifiable information from a user under the age of 13, we will delete such information from our records. Because we do not knowingly collect any personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13, we also do not knowingly distribute such information to third parties.

Please be aware that your information and communications may be transferred to and maintained on servers or databases located outside your state, province or country. If you are located outside of the United States, please be advised that we process and store all information in the United States.
If you reside in the European Union, your information will be protected in accordance with the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”). If there is any conflict between this policy and the GDPR, the GDPR principles shall govern with respect to those residing in the European Union.
10. Questions, Opt-Out and Personal Information Requests.
The Services provides tools for you to correct, update or edit your personal information and control your profile. You can edit your profile and other information at any time through the Caesium Service by visiting hellotim.com and logging in to your account.
You have the right to request disclosure of the Personal Information we collect, use and disclose, (“Request to Know”), under the GDPR, you have the right to request corrections (Article 16 GDPR). Please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call toll-free, 855-917-2417, for further instructions on submitting a verifiable Request to Know. We will verify your request through a password connected account, if applicable, or by matching at least three pieces of Personal Information along with a signed declaration under penalty of perjury that you are authorized.
You have the right to request the deletion of your Personal Information collected or maintained by us (“Request to Delete”). Please email email@example.com or calling toll-free, 855-917-2417, for further instructions on submitting a verifiable Request to Delete. We will confirm receipt of request within 10 days and provide further information. If you request that we delete your Personal Information, we may not be able to perform the Service. In some cases, we may not be able to delete your personal information and will retain and use your information, if necessary, to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes and/or enforce our agreements.
