Current Form I-9 Extended

On October 11, 2022, the Department of Homeland security announced that the current iteration of Form I-9 should continue to be utilized on productions past its expiration date on October 31, 2022, until further notice.
The Department of Homeland Security is working to complete the next iteration of Form I-9 and will announce its completion when the department publishes the document to the Federal Register.
